Erik Larsen

Erik Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erik started their career in 2000 as a Dairy Nutrition Territory Sales Representative at Blue Seal Feeds Inc, where they provided nutritional sales support to dairy producers. Erik then worked at Target, where they held positions such as Regional Food Operations Specialist and Store Executive Team Leader. In these roles, they ensured compliance with food regulations, enhanced the effectiveness of food operations, and drove sales results. Larsen also worked at Ginsberg's Foods as the Vice President of Operations, Director of Warehouse Operations, and Warehouse Operations Manager, where they provided overall leadership and guidance to the distribution center operations and managed processes to meet government regulations. Erik also served as an Executive Board Member at Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.
