Moritz Kaffsack is a seasoned entrepreneur and mentor, currently serving as the Founder of Flexer.ai, which provides startups and SMEs with top fractional talent solutions. In addition to leading Portfolio Careers in Asia, Moritz mentors startups at Start2 Group and Scaler8, focusing on global scaling and market expansion. As an Ambassador for GINSEP, Moritz promotes German-Indian economic relations in the startup sector. Founded Blue Bonobos to offer consultancy for market access in Asia, and co-founded fluid-collective, a network of independent specialists. Previously, Moritz held leadership roles at Vivy, i-sekai, and Edelman, driving growth and strategic development across global markets. Moritz holds two B.A. degrees in International Business from Webster University and Saint Louis University, and completed the Abitur at the German School in Washington DC.
