Philip Ching

Philip Ching is an experienced manufacturing leader with a tenure at Ginsters since March 2004, where responsibilities include team cohesion, equipment maintenance, stock management, and staff training, alongside duties as a first aider and defibrillator trained. Prior to Ginsters, Philip worked as a machine operator at Cooper Standard Automotive from June 2000 to June 2004 and held a night worker position at Booker from June 1998 to June 2000. Philip Ching holds a First Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Plymouth College of Further Education, completed between 1992 and 1994, and possesses a foundational education from Estover Community College from 1987 to 1992.
