With a career spanning over two decades, Rickard has held significant leadership positions at Horton International, including Managing Partner and Executive Search Consultant, as well as Partner and Senior Executive Search Consultant at Michaël Berglund Executive Search. Prior experience includes roles at Adecco Sweden AB, where responsibilities encompassed national career services and business development management. Rickard also has a background in sales management, having worked at Dell Computer and several other organizations. Rickard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
