Donna A. Sisco

Donna is a shareholder in the Real Estate and Leasing Departments. She currently focuses her practice on the review and negotiation of commercial leases representing both landlords and tenants, and on the preparation of governing documents and offering plans for planned real estate developments. Her diverse legal experience also includes commercial litigation, where Donna handled all aspects of litigation for business clients from pleadings and written discovery to motion practice and trial. Donna represented numerous boards of education preparing policies, drafting tenure charges and addressing other employment issues arising in the public education arena.
