Yuri Karpenko

Yuri Karpenko has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Yuri began their career in 1998 as a Software Developer at Infopulse UA, where they later became a Team Lead/Architect and Project Manager. In 2006, they joined Luxoft as Head of Technology Office, where they were responsible for developing and leading a team of 100+ managers and engineers. In 2017, they became the CTO of CMed.Me, a health care and telemedicine start-up on the Ukrainian market. In 2019, they joined Diceus as CTO/VP of Engineering, and in 2020 they became the CTO of GIOS (Global Innovative Online School). Most recently, in 2022 they were appointed as the Director of Sidewalk at SQUAD.

Yuri Karpenko attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1993 to 1995, studying IT and Networking.
