Abel Ganz is an experienced professional with a background in business, finance and artificial intelligence. Abel has held various positions since 2009, including Co-Founder & CEO of Planny, Co-Founder and Head of Sales & Marketing at L2F SA, Analyst at Acuris Global, Intern at Winterflood Securities, Work Experience at Buchanan, Intern at Vietnam Holding Asset Management Ltd., Service and Event Organization Support at Starling Hotels & Resorts, Editor at HEConomist University Newspaper, Security Council Delegate and General Assembly Delegate at FerMUN, and Co-Founder of E-Clope SARL. In 2021, Abel Ganz became the Co-Founder & CEO of Planny, a next-generation Workforce Management SaaS (WFM) that leverages advanced optimisation and ML technology to automate the schedule creation and management process in a compliant, fair and engaging way.

Abel Ganz has a diverse educational background. Abel began their academic career at Lycée International de Ferney-Voltaire, where they obtained a Baccalauréat à Option Internationale in the field of Scientific, Spé Mathematiques in 2011. Abel then attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management and Economics in 2016. Afterward, Abel Ganz attended Bayes Business School, where they obtained an MSc Finance in 2017. In addition, Abel Ganz has a certification in Financial Modeling in Excel, which was obtained from AMT Training in November 2016.
