Michele Pozzi

Michele Pozzi is a highly experienced chemist with a strong background in research and development across various sectors of the chemical industry. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Chemist at Bozzetto Group since April 2019, Michele manages R&D projects focusing on specialty chemicals for diverse applications including textiles, detergents, and the concrete industry. Previous roles include Applied R&D Technician at Italmatch Chemicals Spa, contributing to lubricant and metalworking fluid formulations, and R&D Lab Technician in the oil division at Lamberti S.p.A., developing innovative additives for the Oil & Gas industry. Michele's career began with a Technical Sales Manager position at Eico Novachem Srl and included a research fellowship at the University of Milan. Michele holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano.
