Divya Katty is a seasoned professional in talent engagement and organizational culture, currently working at Gipfel & Schnell Consultings Pvt Ltd since April 2023. Previously, Divya served as Head of Engagement at Masters' Union, overseeing the end-to-end student and employee lifecycle and managing various resource groups to enhance student experience. At WeWork India, Divya specialized in culture and communications, developing NPS surveys, leading change management strategies during significant company transitions, and creating initiatives to empower diverse communities. Divya's earlier experience includes roles at FrogIdeas, Zomato, LBB, Ogilvy & Mather, and Hindustan Times, contributing to various marketing, research, and editorial projects. Divya holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Ambedkar University and an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI.
