Guido Schmitz

Guido Schmitz is the Head of Export - Sales Southern, Central and Eastern Europe at Gira Giersiepen GmbH & Co. KG with over 25 years of experience in international sales and project management. Guido is responsible for overseeing a selected area of countries in a geographic region from Lisbon to Vladivostok. Prior to their current role, Guido held positions at Zanders Feinpapiere AG, including Deputy Area Sales Manager for the Netherlands, Finland, and Iceland. Guido holds a diploma as a State Certified Business Economist in foreign trade from the Cologne CCI and has a background in industrial business management.
