Harijs Deksnis

Harijs Deksnis is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Software Engineering at Giraffe360 since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing six Scrum teams and collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives. With a strong foundation in frontend development and DevOps gained through prior roles at Nationale-Nederlanden, Hoogendoorn Growth Management, and Eneco, Harijs possesses extensive experience in multiple modern web development frameworks such as Vue, Angular, and React. Additionally, as a Senior Fullstack Development Consultant at Passionate People, Harijs has contributed to the development community by delivering talks on industry trends. An advocate for continuous learning, Harijs has also held the position of Chief Learning Officer, focusing on fostering a culture of knowledge sharing among developers. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
