Fred Dole

Fred Dole has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Fred started their career in 1999 as a Director of Sales at Lodgian, where they worked until 2001. Fred then moved to Holiday Inn Brownstone as a Director of Sales from 2001 to 2004. In 2006, Fred joined IHG as a Senior Area Manager and held this position until 2017. In 2018, they became the Director of Sales & Catering at Hilton Garden Inn Hanover-Lebanon until 2019. From 2017 to 2019, Fred was also the Owner/Lead Consultant at Proven Results Hotel Consulting Group. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales at GIRI Hotels, a position they have held since July 2023. Fred's experience spans various roles and responsibilities in sales, catering, management, and consulting within the hospitality industry.

Fred Dole attended Champlain College from 1986 to 1988. During this period, they pursued an Associate in Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
