Jiten Nayak

Jiten Nayak currently serves as the Group CFO and Advisor to the Board at GIRI Hotels since April 2020. Previously, Jiten held roles including Chief Financial Officer and Director of Investments & Lending at Kenfin Family Office from November 2019 to February 2024, and Head of Strategic Real Estate at the House of Commons from June 2018 to November 2019. Jiten's earlier experience includes General Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Kalpataru Limited, where advisory services were provided to the Managing Director on various strategic matters, and financial analysis roles at Accenture and ICICI Securities focusing on valuation and equity research. Jiten holds advanced degrees in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics, an MBA and CFA from ICFAI Business School, and law and commerce degrees from the University of Mumbai.
