Sharky Jacaway

Sharky Jacaway has a diverse range of work experience starting in 1994 at MicronPC as a Data Architect. In this role, they were responsible for building enterprise logical data models and developing procedures and standards for information modeling. They also worked on information source selection for software integration and master data management.

In 2001, Sharky joined Micron Technology as a Data Architect, where they were responsible for designing and prototyping the Part Attribute Repository, which supported parametric search capabilities on the company's website.

From 2001 to 2005, Sharky worked at RosettaNet as a Technical Dictionary Expert, where they were part of a global team that developed and maintained the Technical Dictionary Architecture for use in standards development.

From 2009 to 2010, Sharky worked at the College of Southern Idaho as an Idaho STAR Motorcycle Safety Instructor, teaching basic motorcycle handling skills.

From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Clearwater Analytics as a Data Analyst and later as a Data Acquisitions Manager, advising and coordinating with other teams on processing external data for internal consumption.

In 2013, Sharky became a Data Automation Specialist at Clearwater Analytics.

In 2015, they joined Girl Develop It as a Chapter Lead, where they coordinated and conducted training classes focusing on introducing women to technology.

Also in 2015, Sharky became a Research Advisory Board Member at Freedom-Group.

Throughout their career, Sharky Jacaway has demonstrated expertise in data architecture, information modeling, and technology training.
