Alexander Fulcher

Alexander Fulcher is a seasoned ICT4Development professional with over 12 years of experience in technology and product management, currently serving as Senior Director of Technology at Girl Effect since February 2024. In this role, Alexander leads the organization's user-facing technology ecosystem, focusing on innovative media and digital products for girls in the Global South. Previously, Alexander was Director of Product Management at Viamo, where responsibilities included managing a virtual platform servicing over 6 million users across 22 countries. Alexander's prior experience at Girl Effect includes roles as Senior Manager of Digital and Digital Project Manager, where strategies for engaging digital technologies and data solutions were implemented. Earlier in the career, Alexander held positions at Every1Mobile, advancing technical services and managing online communities. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Contemporary History and a Bachelor's degree in Modern History from the University of Sussex.
