Sisi Akhigbe

Sisi Akhigbe is a dedicated professional with significant experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and child protection. Currently serving as the Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at Girl Guides of Canada, Sisi has previously held roles such as Senior Consultant at Fortis Healthcare Services, Inc., and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Wesley, where Sisi led numerous impactful projects. With additional experience as a Child Protective Specialist with Loudoun County Government and a Child Protection Social Worker at Children's Aid, Sisi has developed a strong background in supporting families and children. Sisi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University.
