Tracy Spearing

Tracy Spearing is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager of Unified Banking at Girl Guides of Canada since December 2010, overseeing nationwide operations for over 5000 centralized bank accounts. With a significant team of 17, Tracy focuses on finance compliance, volunteer management, and the optimization of banking processes. Prior to this role, Tracy spent seven years at Norstan Inc., where positions included Director of Customer Care and Manager of Customer Care, contributing to improved customer relations and management of profitable operations. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Toronto and a Police Sciences Diploma in Human Behaviour from Sheridan College.
