Caitlin DeLatte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2012, they began working as a Freelance Soprano Soloist and Cantor, showcasing their vocal talents. Caitlin also worked as a Summer Clerical Assistant for Howard County Public Schools during the summers of 2012 to 2014.
In 2014, DeLatte served as a Soprano Soloist at Arlington Temple United Methodist Church. Caitlin continued to pursue their passion for music and worked as a Copy Editor for Space Safety Magazine from July 2013 to June 2015.
DeLatte then transitioned to the field of public health, working as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, School of Public Health from February to June 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of HEALTH Works Peer Educator at the University of Maryland College Park.
In 2017, DeLatte had two significant positions. Caitlin worked as a Disability Service Center Intern at JBS International, Inc. from January to May 2017. Caitlin also served as a Community Outreach Fellow, Teach Bhríde at the University of Notre Dame from August 2017 to July 2018, contributing to liturgical music, event planning, and young adult outreach in Dublin, Ireland.
During their time at KidsPeace from April 2019 to July 2021, DeLatte held the position of Manager of Community Partnerships, focusing on building relationships and collaborations within the community.
Most recently, starting in November 2022, DeLatte joined Girl Scouts Nation's Capital as a Corporate and Foundations Officer, where they play a pivotal role in securing corporate partnerships and foundation support.

Caitlin DeLatte has a diverse educational background. Caitlin started their education in 2008 at Centennial High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2012.
In 2012, Caitlin enrolled at the University of Maryland and pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Music, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from 2012 to 2017.
During their undergraduate studies, Caitlin took a brief break in 2015 to study Health Sciences at University College Dublin. Although they did not earn a degree during this time, it provided their with valuable exposure to the field.
Currently, in 2021, Caitlin is attending University College Dublin once again, this time pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Public Health.
