Jennifer Tierney, LMSW, is a dedicated social worker with a diverse background in various therapeutic and supportive roles. Currently serving as an Americorps Vista with Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas since July 2016, Jennifer previously worked as a School Based Therapist at Counseling Associates, Inc. from August 2015 to June 2016, and as a Social Worker on the Medical Home team at Arkansas Children's Hospital, where Jennifer managed care for children with complex medical needs. Additional experience includes internships and positions focused on implementing social work programs, conducting assessments, and providing support to individuals with special needs. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hendrix College.

Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas provides the premier leadership program for girls in 79 counties. The Diamonds Council serves all counties in Arkansas except Crittenden; Adair, LeFlore and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma; and Cass and Bowie counties in Texas.
