Nefateemia Massey

Nefateemia Massey currently serves as the Manager of Learning Development and DEIB at the Girl Scouts of Greater New York since October 2022, following a tenure that began in October 2018, during which Nefateemia held the roles of Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator. In these positions, Nefateemia managed the onboarding process for over 100 new hires, conducted background and sex offender registry checks, and utilized ADP Workforce Now for employee data management. Prior to joining the Girl Scouts, Nefateemia worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Little Bird HR from January 2018 to September 2018, providing HR support at Williamsburg Charter High School, assisting with audits, and ensuring the completion of all necessary employment documentation.
