Danielle Shockey is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in various roles. As Chief Executive Officer of the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana since 2018, Danielle has demonstrated a commitment to youth development and community engagement. Prior to this role, Danielle served as Deputy Superintendent of Public Instruction at the Indiana Department of Education from 2013 to 2017, contributing to state educational policies and practices. Danielle's career also includes a decade-long tenure as an educator with the MSD of Lawrence Township from 2001 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ball State University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana University Fort Wayne, with further studies ongoing at Ball State University.
