Elise Sinha

Elise Sinha Elise is a Junior Girl Scout Troop Leader in Wethersfield for Troop 10276. She has a strong commitment to Girl Scouting not only as a troop leader, but as an active member of the GSOFCT Board of Directors and GSOFCT Board Development Committee. Professionally, Elise is the Senior Director for Operational Excellence at Hartford Healthcare. In this role she advances the organization’s operating model with Lean, Project Management and Change Management expertise. Her extensive healthcare leadership experience includes Project Management, Organizational Development, Electronic Health Record/ Clinical Information Technology, and Respiratory Care. Elise holds her Master’s in Managed Care Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and BS in Respiratory Care from the University of Hartford. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for GS of CT, she is also a member of the United Way Women’s United Steering Council, is a Southern New England Project Management Institute Mentor, and is an Apraxia Kids Team Coordinator.
