Erica Czajkowski

Erica Czajkowski brings to Girl Scouts strong accounting and financial skills as well as the perspective of a former Girl Scout and current troop leader. She is an Audit & Assurance (A&A) managing director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, with fifteen years of experience serving public and private clients within both Deloitte’s financial services and commercial practices. Erica specializes within the insurance and manufacturing industries. She has held a number of leadership positions throughout her career. These positions include participating in Deloitte’s exclusive Management Development Program for Deloitte’s A&A national office driving audit process transformation and national technical consultations for Deloitte’s insurance practice. She also currently serves as the Hartford office Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader. She holds a MBA and BS in accounting from Bryant University. Erica resides in Hartford County.
