Tricia Hyacinth

Tricia Hyacinth brings to Girl Scouts of Connecticut non-profit experience and a passion for women and girls. Tricia is a driven servant leader possessing an entrepreneurial mindset and a distinguished record of success in the non-profit sector. She is a critical thinker and thought leader who cultivates and manages strategic partnerships, innovates & launches new initiatives, and drives organizations toward excellence. Tricia currently is the Executive Director of Five Frogs. Prior to Five Frogs, Tricia worked for Fairfield County’s Community Foundation as the Senior Director assigned to the Fund for Women & Girls in which she was responsible for the strategic leadership of a $17M endowed fund. Tricia holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brooklyn College, a master’s degree in political science from Southern Connecticut State University, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Tricia resides in Fairfield County.
