Jennifer Pham

Jennifer Pham is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, operations, customer service, and legal support. Currently serving as a Senior Product Program Manager at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts since October 2016, Jennifer focuses on creating and implementing girl-led entrepreneurship programs and coordinating large-scale events for over 1000 participants. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Administrative Assistant where meticulous processing of invoices was key, a Customer Service Representative at China Star Restaurant ensuring customer satisfaction, a Paralegal at Harmon Law Offices managing client referrals and communication, and a Legal Assistant adept at handling multiple files and drafting legal documents. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from UMass Boston and has completed coursework at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
