Kim Fraites-Dow

Kim Fraites-Dow serves as the CEO of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania since February 2011, with previous roles including Acting CEO, COO, and Chief Development and Marketing Officer, focusing on fundraising, marketing, and communications. Kim holds board positions with the Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra and has served as Treasurer for the Cooperative Nursery School, with additional roles on boards such as the Garces Foundation and the Maternity Care Coalition. Prior experience includes directorial roles at The Franklin Institute and the Philadelphia Orchestra Association. Kim's education includes a BM in Clarinet Performance and a BA in Psychology from the Eastman School of Music and the University of Rochester, respectively, along with a certificate in Arts Administration from New York University.
