Bea Mungcal

Bea Mungcal, MSHR, is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as a Recruiter for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana since January 2023. Previous roles include working as a Recruiter at Grubhub, where Bea managed the entire recruitment process for various positions, and as a Talent Acquisition and Development Administrator at Trustwave, overseeing onboarding and analytics. Bea also gained valuable experience as an HR Assistant at Walker Sands Communications and as a Program Administration Intern at After School Matters, focusing on recruitment and administrative support. Bea holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from DePaul University.
