Jean Dorsch serves as the Vice President of Finance and IT and the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana since April 2015, leading initiatives that empower over 55,000 girls. Previously, Dorsch held positions at DePaul University from 2002 to 2014, including Director of Risk in the Controller's Office, managing enterprise risk management and strategic initiatives, and Internal Audit Director, overseeing process-based operational auditing. Dorsch started a career at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1998 to 2002 as Senior Manager in Internal Audit and Business Risk Consulting, providing comprehensive risk services across multiple industries. Dorsch holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
