John Graves has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John began their career as the Director of Technical Services at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where they successfully led the development and marketing of various software lines and publications, significantly increasing the division's revenues. John then moved on to become the President and CEO of CPAid, Inc., where they oversaw all aspects of the company and spearheaded the development of network versions of accounting and tax products. Following that, they founded Kent Information Services, Inc., an IT training and publishing company targeted at CPAs, where they published multiple books and multimedia resources on technology topics. After Kent Information Services, Inc., they served as the Chief Administrative Officer at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, where they held the roles of CFO and IT specialist. Most recently, they are currently the Chief Financial Officer at the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio.

John Graves completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. John also obtained a Master of Accountancy degree from the same institution. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois Board of Examiners and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant from the American Institute of CPAs.
