Julie Weagraff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Julie has worked at the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio since 2015, initially as the Vice President of Fund Development and currently as the Chief Development Officer. At the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation, where they worked from 2011 to 2015, they served as the Director of Individual & Planned Giving. During their time there, they achieved notable accomplishments such as overseeing successful planned giving initiatives and leading a record-breaking individual fundraising campaign. Prior to this, they held positions at Case Western Reserve University and the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges as a Director of Development. Additionally, they participated in the Leadership Akron Class 37 program from 2020 to 2021. Overall, Julie Weagraff has demonstrated expertise in development and fundraising across various sectors.

Julie Weagraff holds a Master of Nonprofit Organizations (M.N.O.) degree in Nonprofit Organization Management from Case Western Reserve University. Julie also completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors in Public Relations at Westminster College (PA). In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International in December 2014.
