Allison Kenny

Allison Kenny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in antiracism coaching, communications strategy, and artistic direction. Currently serving as an Affiliate Antiracism Coach and Communications Strategist at Hella Social Impact, Allison contributes to racial justice initiatives within organizations. As a DEIB Communications Consultant and Trainer for the Girl Scouts of Northern California, Allison has developed a "Culture Code for Equity and Belonging" and leads antiracism training for volunteers. Co-founding and directing the Oakland Freedom Theater, Allison focuses on dismantling systems of oppression through art. Previous roles include consultant and coach at Be The Change Consulting, co-owner and artistic director at Spotlight:Girls, and narrative strategist for Alphabet Rockers. Allison holds a Professional Coaching Certification from Leadership that Works and a Bachelor's Degree in Theater Performance and Creative Writing from Northern Arizona University.
