Winnie Kubik

Winnie Kubik currently serves as the Girl Scout Highest Awards Manager at Girl Scouts of Northern California, a position held since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards. Previously, Winnie was a Volunteer Development Manager, providing training and support for volunteers and members across several counties. With involvement in Girl Scouts of the USA since 2006, Winnie has held various volunteer roles, including troop leader and a National Delegate. Winnie also worked as an Eagle Scout and merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts of America and served as a classified substitute for the Brentwood Union School District from 2014 to 2018. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Phoenix and Library Technology studies at Diablo Valley College.
