Deb White has extensive experience in retail management, particularly in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. In their current role as Manager of Retail Operations at Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland, Deb oversees 4 stores in Ohio and has significantly increased profitability. Prior to this, Deb managed retail operations at Mount Carmel Health System and Firelands Regional Medical Center, achieving record-breaking profits and implementing innovative strategies. Deb holds a degree as a Certified Diamontologist and Gemologist from BGSU and the Diamond Council of America.
