James Forde

James Forde is an experienced leader in youth program development and outdoor education, currently serving as the Senior Director of Girl and Outdoor Experience at the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council since October 2019. Previously, James held the position of Executive Director at the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges from December 2015 to October 2019. James also served as Program Director at the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey from January 2011 to December 2015, and worked as Membership Services Manager at GSUSA between 2008 and 2010, focusing on membership and volunteer services. Early career experience includes the role of Program Director at the Greater New York Councils, Boy Scouts of America from 2004 to 2008. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
