Erin Allen

Erin Allen is a Program Specialist at Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Arizona Housing & Residential Life from August 2019 to May 2021. In this role, Erin fostered community amongst two different groups of twenty diverse undergraduate college students. Erin also planned and implemented educational and social programs of various sizes, ranging from 20 residents within a hall to leading their team to organize and successfully host a campus-wide event with over 300 students in attendance. In addition, Erin counseled 40 first year college students on academic and personal questions. Erin also managed administrative duties including: Managing a budget of $5000, maintenance requests, and policy enforcement.

Erin has also previously worked for Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona.

Erin Allen has a BS in Education and a BA in French Language and Literature from the University of Arizona.

They are on a team with Sequoia Smith - Pillar Program Coordinator, Marisa Soto - Program Coordinator, and Mariah Weidner - Pillar Program Specialist. Erin Allen reports to Caity Martin, Director of Pillar Programs.
