Heather Martin

Heather Martin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and sales. Currently serving as an Outside Recruiting Specialist at Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains Inc. since May 2016, Heather has developed customized presentations that have significantly increased enrollment and consistently achieved the highest lead generation performance within the organization. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Green Mountain Energy Company from 2012 to 2016, where as an Area Sales Manager, leadership of a sales team resulted in enhanced productivity through effective training initiatives. Heather also excelled as a Sr. Sales Agent, attaining the "Green Beret" recognition for outstanding sales performance. Earlier in their career, Heather was a Kindergarten Teacher at The Children's Courtyard from 2006 to 2012, designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum for young learners. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Education from Centenary College of Louisiana.
