Jennifer Goodman

Jennifer Goodman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Management & Rewards at Girl Scouts of the USA. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Talent Management & Rewards at the same organization. Before joining Girl Scouts of the USA, Jennifer worked at Clever Devices as the Managing Director of HR Business Partner and Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Jennifer also held the role of Director of Talent Management at AlixPartners. Jennifer began their career at PwC, where they served as an HR Leader and Advisory Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, they held various positions at BearingPoint, including Global Human Resources Manager and Resource Management Team Lead/Resource Manager. Jennifer started their professional journey at KPMG Consulting, Inc. as a Manager of Client Service.

Jennifer Goodman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brandeis University. Jennifer obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in June 2007 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification from SHRM in June 2015.
