Marianne Battle serves as the Manager of Analytics & Insights at Girl Scouts of the USA since February 2021, leading a team that provides data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and strategic development across the organization. Previously, Marianne held the role of Senior Business Analyst, driving analysis and planning for the Girl Scout Merchandise business and cookie program. With over 20 years of experience in retail and fashion, Marianne also contributes as a Founding Member of the co-lab, a global networking community, and as a Network Member at GLG. Prior roles at Macy's included several Field Business Planning Director positions, where Marianne was instrumental in driving sales strategies and maximizing profits across a significant number of retail locations. Additional experience includes roles at Banana Republic, Old Navy, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, alongside developing expertise during early career positions at Macy's. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management from Kentucky State University.
