Ashley Caruso, CFRM is a highly accomplished Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in leading and managing operations within the nonprofit sector. Ashley has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a profound commitment to empowering young girls and women at the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast. Ashley also has experience in managing philanthropic efforts, major gift donors, revenue-generating events, and historical sites. Ashley holds a Bachelors degree in Human Services from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and has completed programs at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
