Melanie Larsen Sinouthasy

Melanie Larsen Sinouthasy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as community engagement. Currently serving as the ADA Program Administrator at Ramsey County, Melanie is responsible for countywide accessibility programs. As an Account Executive at BOB-FM, Melanie fosters business collaborations to enhance customer and employee recruitment. Melanie's previous roles include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Senior Manager at Tennant Company, where strategic DE&I initiatives were activated, and Human Resources Diversity Specialist at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, where impactful recruitment strategies were developed. Additionally, Melanie has served on the Board of Directors for both Girl Scouts River Valleys and Yellow Tree Theatre, contributing to community initiatives and leadership. With educational credentials including a Public Health Graduate School Certificate from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a B.A. in Psychology and Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College, Melanie is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion across various sectors.
