Deqa Aden is a seasoned professional in international development and behavioral economics, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Common Good Institute and as a member of the Board of Directors for GirlForward. As a Senior Project Officer at Heartland Alliance International since August 2023, Deqa brings valuable expertise gained from prior roles as a Researcher at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics and a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago, where collaboration with Nobel Laureate Dr. Roger Myerson took place.
