Chloe Gee

Chloe Gee has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Chloe currently holds the position of Head of Strategy at Girlguiding since October 2021. Prior to this, Chloe worked at Plan International, where they held various strategy roles. Chloe served as a Senior Strategy Manager and Strategy and Portfolio Manager, contributing to global, regional, and country-level strategic initiatives. In their role, they facilitated the development of Plan International's global strategy, supported senior leaders in creating context-specific strategies, and performed global country portfolio reviews. Chloe also worked at Accenture as a Health and Public Service Management Consultant, where they managed large government IT and digital transformation programs. Chloe developed change methodologies and reporting tools to support decision-making by senior clients. Additionally, Chloe has experience as a Programme Teacher at YWCA USA, coordinating financial literacy workshops for high school students, and as a Project Researcher at The Greenlining Institute, compiling research on re-entry programs in California. Chloe started their career as a Communications Officer at the University of Leeds, improving communication channels for Leeds University Business School.

Chloe Gee completed their Bachelor's degree in Management (International) BSc from the University of Leeds, where they studied International Business. Chloe then pursued further studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
