Claire Maddison

Claire Maddison is an experienced project manager and coordinator with a strong background in leading initiatives within youth organizations, specifically Girlguiding and The Scouts. As the Young Leader Project Manager at Girlguiding since July 2022, Claire focuses on improving the adult joining experience through the Pears Volunteer Welcome project. Claire's previous roles include Project Manager at The Scouts and various positions at Girlguiding, where responsibilities ranged from managing international project initiatives to developing new program activities. Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Warwick and has demonstrated exceptional administrative and customer support skills in various roles, including work experience at Parseq and the University of Warwick.
