Rachael Bayley

Rachael Bayley is an accomplished professional in volunteer management and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Membership Services at Girlguiding since January 2022, where Rachael develops initiatives to enhance girl-led experiences and volunteer support. Prior experience includes transforming the Operations and Volunteering Development Department at The Ramblers, leading a comprehensive Volunteer Engagement project at The Children's Society, and implementing a successful Volunteering Strategy at Save the Children UK. Rachael has also provided consultancy services to organizations such as the Alzheimer's Society and Volunteering Matters, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering volunteerism and enhancing supporter engagement throughout a diverse career that began in training and development at Lehman Brothers. Rachael holds degrees in Theatre Studies from The Open University, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
