Chelsea Dean-Martinez

Chelsea Dean-Martinez has extensive experience in social work and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Development at Girls Empowerment Network since September 2015. Prior roles include Development Manager and Program Coordinator, where Chelsea facilitated group work with adolescent girls in Central Texas and managed outreach for community workshops. Chelsea also has a background in client services as a stylist at Birds Barbershop and Hair Works Family Salon. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and an Operator's License in Cosmetology from Baldwin Beauty School-South Austin.
