Girls in the Game
Alecia Ivery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and coaching within the sports and youth development sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at Girls in the Game since February 2016, Ivery has held multiple leadership roles there, including Director of Training and Innovation. Additionally, Ivery is a National Trainer for The Center for Healing and Justice through Sport and has been a Basketball Coach for the Chicago Mustangs and St. Alphonsus School/Parish. Prior roles include Sports Instructor at We Got Game, LLC and Health Coach at Interactive Health, Inc. Ivery holds a Master's Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science & Health Education from Hope College.
