Michelle Rogoff is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Associate and Analyst at HPA, one of the leading early-stage venture groups in the United States since June 2022. Michelle is also a Founding Member at Capital Collective and actively holds board and membership positions at notable organizations including Gen Z VCs, Global Women in VC, Girls Into VC, and All Raise. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Epsilon and significant internships at General Mills and Ravinia Communities LLC, where Michelle developed strong analytical and sales skills. A graduate of Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, Michelle has a solid foundation in business principles, further enhanced through leadership roles in the Sales Club during academic tenure.
