Jasmine Saldano

Jasmine Saldano is a Technical Team Lead at Girls Who Code, where oversight of designers and developers for a website launching in Fall 2024 occurs. In addition, Jasmine leads a team for AI4FinancialGood, achieving national recognition as a 3rd place winner in the GWC Challenge of 2023-24. As an Education Associate with AI Student Collective, Jasmine hosts workshops focused on AI literacy and responsible usage, positively impacting over 100 students in Northern California. Concurrently, Jasmine serves as an IT Assistant at ASUCD Unitrans, managing multiple Django-based websites and enhancing accessibility and performance for a large transit system. Additionally, Jasmine is the Manager and Founder of a well-rated e-commerce store on Depop, effectively engaging a large community of buyers. Jasmine's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Davis.
