Kay Willcox

Kay Willcox is an advisor at Girls Who Invest. Kay has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Kay started their career as a programmer/systems analyst at Texas Instruments and then transitioned to Shearson Lehman Brothers where they worked in institutional financial futures - quantitative strategies. In 1986, they moved to PGIM Fixed Income where they held various positions over the next 27 years, including managing director, senior investment officer, and senior portfolio manager. Kay has been recognized as a leader in the industry and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of female investors.

Kay Willcox graduated from Columbia Business School and The University of Texas at Austin.
