T. Morgan Dixon

T. Morgan Dixon currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GirlTrek, a health movement dedicated to extending the life expectancy of Black women globally. With a career that spans over two decades, T. Morgan Dixon has held several significant leadership roles, including Director of Leadership Development at Achievement First, where responsibilities included the recruitment and training of school leaders and the implementation of research-based educational initiatives. Previous experience includes consulting and acting as school principal at St. HOPE Public Schools, directing new school development at The Urban Assembly, Inc., and managing student life at Link Community School. T. Morgan Dixon began a professional journey as a financial analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette after earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California and furthering education with a Master's in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University.
